UPS Fails to Process My Stroller Return for Over 10 Days
I returned a product through UPS Türkiye, but due to an initial issue with the return code, the process was delayed, and I received no follow-up due to a firm agreement issue. After fixing the return code on the 19th, I requested my product be processed again. However, despite waiting and calling daily, my return has still not been processed. Every time I call, I’m told the issue has been escalated, but nothing is resolved. It's been over 10 days now, and my return is for a baby stroller, which I urgently need as a mother walking her child to school. This ongoing delay is unacceptable. I need UPS to take action immediately!
