On October 24, 2024, UPS notified me that my shipment would arrive, so I went out of my way, traveling 40 km to my factory to receive it. I spent the entire day waiting, only for the delivery driver to later text me, claiming my address was incorrect. This is absolutely untrue—my factory has a unique name and location with no branches. Despite being a well-known brand, UPS "couldn't locate" my address and didn’t even attempt delivery, as confirmed by my security footage.
