UPS Delayed My Shipment for Days, Causing Spoilage and Loss
I shipped a package with UPS, expecting it to arrive on time as usual. My shipments typically reach their destination in one day, but for the last two instances, it has taken 4-5 days due to delays over the weekend. Unfortunately, this delay has caused my items to spoil, wasting not only the shipping fee but also significant effort and resources.
In this day and age, such delays are unacceptable, especially from a company like UPS, which prides itself on reliable service. I expect UPS to address this issue immediately and provide a solution to prevent such delays in the future. This level of service is disappointing and does not align with the company’s reputation.
