UPS Delayed My Delivery for 8 Days

My package, which shipped on October 10, reached Konya on October 11, but it still hasn’t arrived in Sarayönü, a location just 30 minutes away. It’s now October 18, and I’ve been waiting for 8 days without any progress. I’ve been calling since Monday, and they keep saying the package was only scheduled for delivery on Saturday.

If UPS is going to delay deliveries this long, they shouldn’t accept shipments to smaller towns like Sarayönü. This level of service is unacceptable, and I demand immediate delivery of my package.

They are showing that they delivered my package on October 22nd, Tuesday, even though they actually delivered it 15 days later on October 25th. If I were to return it, they would be putting me at a disadvantage in this way.
