UPS Courier Entered Incorrect Contact Info, Delaying My Urgent Shipment

I am writing about my shipment with tracking number 1zxy84806862399736 through UPS Amasya Center. The assigned courier, Fatih Turna, incorrectly entered my phone number without even attempting to contact me, despite my number being correct.

This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially since I chose UPS for its reputation as a professional courier service. The shipment is urgent as I am about to travel abroad, and this unnecessary error has caused significant stress.

I demand immediate action to correct this mistake and ensure my package is delivered promptly. UPS must address the carelessness in handling customer information and improve their processes to avoid such errors in the future.
