My cargo, which arrived at the Mersin branch from Pandora Istanbul on 05.07.2024, did not arrive until 10.07.2024. When I called for information, they claimed that the address was not correct, but the address was exactly correct, and they also claimed that they could not find a site called Viatores on Yaşaroğlu Caddesi. This is the location where I currently live. In addition, they said that they called but could not reach me and that my phone was turned off, but I am sure that they did not call. There are no calls on my phone. Since this issue has become a slander against me, I definitely want some evidence.
