UPS Cargo has terrible service and delivery problems



I sent a cargo to Adana on 22.12.2022, and it was not delivered for 18 days. Despite my attempts to contact customer service and the Adana branch, I could not get a positive answer or anyone to stand behind the problem. The Adana branch did not even answer the phone, and there was no communication or customer service satisfaction whatsoever. To make matters worse, my product came back broken. The branch advised me to fill out a compensation request form, but even after doing so and sending an email, there was no response for 25 days. During a call with customer service, the representative abruptly ended the call and did not offer any assistance. As a result, I have not received my cargo for 25 days and it came back broken. I have photos to prove it. Please solve this annoying problem without further delay.
