Under Armour Hovr Rice 4 Training Shoes Defect

After wearing the Under Armor Hovr Rice 4 training shoes that were given to me as a gift, a few times these days, a line appears on the left shoe when I press to the front of my foot, as seen in the photo and video, and disappears when I lift my foot. I sent an e-mail to Under Armor Turkey informing them of this situation, which was clearly a manufacturing defect, but I did not receive a response. Then I called the customer representative on 444 0 200 and they told me to ask the person who gave me the gift where he bought it and that action would be taken accordingly. When I said this was unethical, they said there was nothing they could do. These shoes are brand new so I invite the brand to stand behind the product.
