On May 30th, I was using Umingle as a guest, without a registered account, and I was simply watching an SML video. I am male and I did not have my shirt on because it was hot, but I did not do anything inappropriate or violate any rules to my knowledge. Shortly after, I was suddenly banned with the above message. I have also been banned other times before on Umingle, but I was never clearly informed about the reason for those bans either. I request that you urgently review this latest ban and remove it as soon as possible, since I am over 18 and currently 20 years old. If there is any way to verify my age, such as ID or other documentation you accept, I am ready to complete this verification so that my age is correctly recorded in your system and I can use the platform without further unjust bans. I kindly ask you to check my situation, correct the age-related mistake, inform me clearly about your decision, and restore my access to Umingle.
