Please Recover My Umingle Account

My Umingle chat account with the ID b87e1*** was banned without any explanation on May 8, 2026. I believe this ban is unfair and is the result of a simple mistake I made while entering my age. While registering, I accidentally selected “male, 15” even though I am actually 20 years old. I suspect that this incorrect age information triggered the ban, even though I did not violate any community rules in my chats and I have not made any in-app purchases. I kindly request that my age information be corrected to reflect that I am 20 years old and that my account be reviewed accordingly. I would like my account to be restored if possible, or at least to receive a clear explanation of the reason for the ban after my correct age is taken into account.
