Findandloc Unathorized Account Charge: Request For Full Refund

I discovered today that a payment of 19.90 USD was taken from my account by FINDANDLOC* C8742083FF at around 8:00 a.m. (GMT+7), even though I have never used Findandloc before and have never created any kind of account or made a purchase with them. This is clearly an unauthorized charge from my perspective. I contacted my bank in Siem Reap, Cambodia about this transaction and they said I should contact the merchant before applying for a charge back. I also tried to find a way to reach Findandloc, but the company is very hard to contact and I could not find clear or accessible customer support channels. I request that Findandloc urgently investigate this unauthorized payment, provide a clear explanation of how it was made in my name, and issue a full refund of the 19.90 USD to my account. I also want my card details to be removed from any of your systems and I ask you to ensure that no further charges will ever be made to my account without my explicit consent.
