Umingle Account Suspended for Months Without Explanation or Access

I have been using the Umingle mobile app on Android in the Philippines, and my account was suspended more than four months ago without any clear explanation that I can remember. I regularly check my email, but I do not recall receiving a specific message stating the reason for this suspension. Because of this, I have lost access to my contacts, conversations and ongoing communications in the app. I also lost the opportunity to keep meeting and getting to know people from different parts of the world, which I always tried to do in a polite and understanding way. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and reactivated, or that I be clearly informed of the reason for the suspension if reactivation is not possible. I would like to regain access to my account and all my previous conversations and connections.
