Unban Umingle, Fix Age
My Umingle account was banned less than an hour ago after I accidentally entered the wrong age while using text mode. I wrote that I was 15 years old, even though that is not my actual age and I am in fact already over 18 and meet the platform's age requirement. I understand that providing honest age information is very important to Umingle. Because of my own typing mistake, I am now unable to access the service, and every time I press the "Start" button, a ban message appears. Through this message, I respectfully ask Umingle to review my situation, allow me to correct my age to my real age, and remove the ban from my account so that I can continue using the platform in accordance with the 18+ rules.
