I Face Umingle Account Suspension Due to Age Input Error

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my account on the Umingle website. My account was immediately banned after I entered “15” as my age. This was my age in the past when I was in senior high school, not my current age. However, the system appears to have treated this as a violation without giving me any opportunity to clarify or correct the information.

This ban occurred just now, and I had been using my Umingle account normally up until that point, with no prior issues or warnings. I have not been able to contact support or receive any proper explanation beyond the automatic action triggered by entering that age.

I kindly request that my account be reviewed, unbanned, and reactivated. I ask that my current, accurate age be taken into consideration instead of the past age I mentioned. I would like my access to the platform restored so I can continue using the service without being unfairly restricted.
