Umingle Wrongly Flags Real User Account as Spam for Months
I have been experiencing a serious problem with the Umingle website for about 3 months in India. My account is being treated as spam, even though I am a real user and not engaging in any spam activity. My user/account ID is: 2ef81***. Because my account is marked as spam, I am not able to use Umingle normally and this situation is causing me a lot of inconvenience. I access Umingle both from my phone and from my computer, and the problem continues regardless of the device I use. I also contacted Umingle support about this issue, but despite stating that I am not spam, my problem has not been resolved. I request that my account be reviewed manually, the spam flag on my account be removed, and my access and rights on the platform be fully restored.
