Umingle Account Banned for "Gender Searching" by Mistake – Request for Unban

My Umingle account associated with the e‑mail address m****@gmail.com was banned on June 27, 2026. When I open the app, I see a message saying that I am banned for “Gender Searching,” and there is also a Ban ID shown on the screen. I am also shown an “Instant Unban” option that requires payment. I would like to clearly state that I am not using the app for gender searching, and I am 19 years old, so I meet the age requirement to use Umingle. I believe this ban is a mistake and it is negatively affecting my experience, because I cannot access my account even though I have not violated the rules. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and removed as soon as possible, that my name be cleared in your system, and that I can continue to use Umingle without needing to make any payment for unbanning, since I did not commit the violation stated.
