Umingle Gender Search Triggered an Immediate Account Ban

I created an account on the Umingle website and, without knowing it was a ban-triggering action, I used the gender searching feature on 8 July 2026. Right after I did this, my account was immediately banned and I could no longer use the service. Since this is my first time using the website and I was not aware that gender searching would result in an instant ban, I feel that an immediate suspension without a prior warning is too harsh. I would have stopped this behavior right away if I had been clearly warned. My ban ID is e54d1d9b. I kindly request that you review my case, lift the ban on my account, and instead apply a warning or a less severe measure so that I can continue to use Umingle in line with your rules.
