Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me for Spam – Request Account Reinstatement

I created an account on the Umingle website and used it for about an hour, after which my account was suddenly banned for “spam.” I did not engage in any spamming behavior during my short time on the site, and I believe this ban is a mistake. The ban ID shown to me is 47d8674c. I have tried to find a way to contact Umingle support about this issue but could not find any available or clear contact channel on the website, so I have not been able to appeal or explain the situation directly. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned and fully reinstated, and that the ban for spam associated with ban ID 47d8674c be reviewed and removed, as I was not spamming when using the site.
