My account was banned today with the reason shown as “Under 18,” and I believe this decision was made by mistake because I am over 18 years old and have been using the service for about a month without any issues. On the ban screen, I see an “Instant Unban” option asking for a payment of 9.99 USD. I find it unfair to be forced to pay this amount to recover access to my account when I have not violated the rules and am not underage. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed, that the ban be lifted free of charge, and that my access to Umingle video chat be restored without requiring any payment.
