Umingle Video Chat Ban Appeal After Admitted One-Time Mistake

I am a user of the Umingle Android app from India and I use the app on a Vivo Y29 device. On 4 June 2026, at around 4:00, my access to the video chat feature was banned. I understand that this ban was triggered because of a message I sent during a chat. I admit that I made a mistake and sent an inappropriate message, and I accept that this was my fault and against your community guidelines. This was a momentary lapse in judgment and not my usual behavior on the platform. I regret what I wrote and I am now fully aware of the rules and the consequences. I kindly request that you review my account, accept my apology for this one‑time mistake, and remove the ban on my Umingle video chat access. I take responsibility for my behavior and I am committed to strictly following all community guidelines from now on.
