Umingle Underage Ban Applied to My Adult Account

I have been using the Umingle application on iOS and my account was suddenly banned due to an alleged age restriction, even though I am 23 years old and meet the minimum age requirement. While trying to use the app, I was unexpectedly shown a notification stating that my account was banned for being underage. I suspect that I may have accidentally entered the wrong date of birth or age when registering, but I have never engaged in any inappropriate behaviour on the platform. I remember the username or email linked to my account and I am ready to provide any identity verification or additional information if needed so that my real age can be confirmed. Until now, I have not contacted Umingle support by any other means; this complaint is my first attempt to resolve the issue. I kindly request that my Umingle iOS account be reviewed and recovered, and that the underage ban be lifted, as I meet the age requirement and would like to continue using the service without restrictions.
