False Ban On Umingle
I recently registered on the Umingle website and used it for about two days without any issues. However, today, on May 22, my access was suddenly banned with the reason that I am underage. This information is incorrect, as I am 22 years old and meet the age requirement to use the platform. I have not been able to find a clear support contact channel to resolve this, so I am turning to you through this complaint. I suspect the ban may have been applied automatically or incorrectly, possibly based on my IP address, rather than my actual age information. I request that my ban be removed immediately, that my account be reactivated, and that my age status be reviewed correctly, as I have been banned for a reason that does not reflect the truth. I also kindly ask you to provide a clear explanation of why this ban was applied despite me being of legal age.
