I Got Banned From Umingle For Being "under Age". Which is Not The Case

I was using the Umingle app on my iPhone in the United States, and a few minutes ago my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “under age.” This is not correct, as I am 18 years old and would like my account to be reinstated. When I created my account, I entered 2007 as my year of birth, but in reality I am 18 and meet the age requirement to use the app. I do not remember the exact email or username linked to my account, but it was active today just before the ban. I have not been able to contact in‑app support because I do not know where or how to reach you from within the app after being banned. I kindly request that you review my account ban, verify my actual age, and remove the restriction on my Umingle account so I can continue using the application in line with your rules.
