Umingle System Issues Unjustified Ban to 19-Year-Old Account

I have been using Umingle and a few days ago my account was suddenly blocked with an age verification screen claiming that I am under 18. I am actually 19 years old and believe this ban is a mistake. At the time of writing I do not have an official ID document that I can upload to your system, so I am unable to complete the usual verification flow. Because of this, I am stuck on the “Age Verification Required” screen and cannot access my account or continue using your services. I request that my account be reviewed manually and that you provide an alternative method to confirm my age, or another suitable solution, so that my account can be reopened and I can continue to use Umingle without being incorrectly treated as underage.
