Umingle Banned Me for Being Under 18 Even Though I Am 19
My Umingle account was banned today on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am currently 19 years old and a college student. I believe this ban was applied to my account by mistake. After noticing the ban, I sent a message to Umingle support to explain that I am over 18 and that my account has been incorrectly restricted. However, I have not yet received a solution. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and unbanned as soon as possible, as I meet the age requirement and wish to continue using the platform without any issues.
