Umingle Still Shows Under 18 Ban Even Though I Am Now 24

I am an Umingle user and my account has been banned with the reason shown as “Under 18”. At the time my account was banned I was under 18, but now I am 24 years old and clearly above the minimum age requirement. When I try to access my account, I only see a “You are banned” screen with the reason “Under 18” and an “Instant Unban” option that asks me to pay Rp39,900. I do not think it is fair that I must pay to remove a ban that is only related to age, even though I am now an adult. I kindly request that you review my account, update my age status according to my current age of 24, and remove the ban without asking for any payment, so that I can use Umingle again.
