Umingle Says I'm 18 But I'm 32 Years Old

I have a serious problem with my Umingle account related to my age information. Your system shows me as being under 18 and has completely banned my account for this reason. On the ban screen it clearly says that the reason is "Under 18" and offers to remove the ban in exchange for 149 Philippine pesos. This information is absolutely incorrect because I am 32 years old. My correct date of birth is February 2, 1994. I am an adult and there is no legal reason to treat my account as underage or to block it for that reason. I request that you immediately correct my age information according to my real date of birth, remove the ban on my account without any payment, and restore my full access to the platform. I also ask that you do not demand any fee from me for lifting a ban that was applied based on an incorrect age assessment.
