Umingle Blocked My Account After I Answered a Question About My Age

I am an Umingle user and a few days ago I was chatting with another regular user who asked me for my age. I answered the question normally, and shortly after that I found that I had been blocked from using my account without any warning or explanation. This situation happened about 3–4 days ago and since then I have been unable to use my Umingle account. The email address linked to my account is archiethomps****@gmail.com. I have tried to contact Umingle support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, my access restored if possible, and that I am informed of the reason for this block. In addition, I would like Umingle to improve and clarify the community and safety rules so that users do not get blocked suddenly just for answering a simple question in chat, and so that similar situations can be avoided in the future.
