Umingle Banned My Account Without Reason – Request Free Ban Removal

I have been using the Umingle website for about 1 year without any problems. Recently, when I tried to access the platform, I was suddenly met with a “You are banned” message on the screen, including a ban ID with the number 986940a9. On the same page, there is also a payment form asking for my credit card details in order to remove the ban, which I find very worrying and unsafe. I have not been given any clear or honest explanation as to why my account was banned, and I do not accept being forced to enter my credit card information to be able to use my account again. This situation makes me feel both victimized and insecure about the platform. I request that my Umingle website account be reviewed urgently, that the unjust ban on my account be lifted without asking for any payment or credit card information, and that I be given a clear written explanation about the reason for this ban. I also ask that any record of this ban and any related payment request be removed from my account history.
