Umingle Banned My Account for “Explicit Messages” Without Evidence

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has just been banned with the reason “explicit messages” shown on the screen, along with a payment request of 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. The alleged explicit messages were not sexual and did not contain nudity or anything illegal, so I believe this ban is a mistake and I do not accept being asked to pay money in order to regain access to my account. The ban on my account appears with the Ban ID: ea7e5cc0. Until this moment I had normal access to my account, and I did not receive any prior warning, detailed explanation or clear evidence about which messages allegedly violated the rules. I also have not contacted support yet, because I first want to state clearly that I see both the ban reason and the payment requirement as unfair and not transparent. I request that my Umingle account be checked in detail under Ban ID: ea7e5cc0, that the ban be removed if no clear and serious violation can be proven, and that any requirement to pay a fee in order to lift the ban be cancelled. I also expect a written explanation of the exact reason and evidence for this sanction. Please unban my account.
