I am writing about my Umingle account being unfairly banned for “explicit messages.” Earlier today, I received a notification on the platform that my account was banned for explicit content, even though I did not send any explicit messages. I am now completely blocked from accessing my account, and the app is offering to remove the ban only if I pay 149 PHP, which I find unreasonable given that I did not violate the rules. I request that my account ban be removed without any payment requirement, and that my access to Umingle be fully restored. I also expect a clear explanation as to which messages were considered “explicit” and how this decision was made, so I can understand the situation and avoid any similar issues in the future.
