Umingle Banned My Account Due to Incorrect Under-18 Age Flag

I am writing regarding the ban placed on my Umingle account in India about 4 days ago due to an under‑18 age issue. This situation started because of a typing mistake made by a small boy, which led to a misunderstanding of my age. Because of this error, it appears the system or a moderator assumed that I am under 18 and my account was banned. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and the under‑18 restriction removed, as the ban is based on this misunderstanding.
