Umingle Banned My Account After I Replied “M10” in a Chat

I am an Umingle user on an Android device and my account was banned on 26 July. I believe this ban is a mistake and I would like my situation to be reviewed. In a chat, a stranger from Nepal asked me “Messi or Ronaldo?”. I replied with “M10”, meaning “Messi 10”, just as “CR7” is commonly used for “Cristiano Ronaldo 7”. There was no insult, harassment, hate speech or violation intended in my message, it was only a football-related answer. After this, my account was banned. I am sure that my message was misunderstood or incorrectly flagged by an automated system. I kindly request that you review the relevant chat logs and my account history in detail, and lift the ban if you confirm that I did not violate any community guidelines.
