I Need Umingle to Remove a False Underage Ban Triggered by M10

I have been using Umingle and my account was suddenly banned on 22 July at around 3:30–3:45 a.m. Pakistan time. About 15–20 minutes before the ban, I was chatting with another Pakistani user. He asked me to type “M10” in the chat, explaining that it is a short form for Lionel Messi and that, since the World Cup is going on, something special would happen if I typed it. When I wrote “M10” in the chat as he suggested, my account was instantly banned. The reason shown for the ban is that I am under 18 years old, but I am actually 19. I did not do anything inappropriate or violate the rules on purpose, and I only typed “M10” because another user told me it was harmless and related to Messi. I have never purchased any VIP, coins or any other paid feature on this account. I cannot access my account now and it only shows that I am banned for being underage, which is not correct. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible, and that the incorrect underage restriction be removed, since I am 19 years old. I am ready to provide proof of my age if needed.
