Umingle Banned for "Under 18" After Typing M16 – Ban Appeal

I am a user of the Umingle application on Android and my account has just been banned. I was only chatting and having fun with strangers when another user asked me to type “M16” in the chat, and immediately after that I received a ban. When I try to log in now, I see a “You are banned” screen with Ban ID b5ea2fa2 and the reason shown as “Under 18”. I do not understand this decision and I believe the ban was applied unfairly, as I was simply using the app to talk with people and did not intend to break any rules. I kindly request that you review my account and this ban decision again and remove the ban from my Umingle account, or at least clearly explain the exact reason and evidence behind this ban.
