Umingle Ban Removal

I am writing regarding my account on Umingle, which I access via a browser on my Android phone, associated with the email address fhil***[email protected]. On Sunday, May 27, I was banned from the platform for “explicit chat” even though I did not engage in any explicit or inappropriate conversations and I am 20 years old. The situation started when a stranger on the site asked to meet. Because I felt uncomfortable and scared, I responded by saying that I was a minor in order to avoid meeting this person. After that, my account was banned for explicit chat, even though my intention was only to protect myself, and I did not share any explicit content or have any explicit conversation. I have not yet been able to contact Umingle support or file an appeal, so I am explaining the situation here and asking for my case to be reviewed. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, taking into account the context of the conversation, and that the ban on my account be lifted, as I believe this action was taken by mistake. I would appreciate it if you could inform me about the result after reviewing my account.
