Umingle Banned Me Instantly for Typing a Code Another User Gave Me

I am an Umingle user on the web platform and my account was banned a few minutes ago. Another user tricked me into typing the code “m15” in the chat, and I was not informed that writing this code would automatically trigger a ban. I had no intention of violating any rules and was simply following what the other user suggested, without understanding the consequences. I have not yet contacted customer support or submitted an appeal directly through Umingle. Through this complaint I would like my situation to be reviewed, including the relevant chat history with the other user who asked me to type the code. My clear request is that my Umingle account, with Account ID [Tulis Ban ID Anda], be fully restored and the ban lifted without any fees, because I was not aware that entering “m15” would cause an automatic ban and I was misled by another user.
