Umingle Banned Me for Typing “M14” Without Warning

I am writing about the sudden ban of my Umingle account linked to the email address jaisy.***@gmail.com. A short while ago, while using the platform normally, someone told me to type “M14” in the chat. I did so without knowing it would violate any rules, and immediately afterwards my account was banned. I now see a “You are banned” message on my screen with Ban ID 033831fe and an “Instant Unban” option asking me to pay Rp39,900. I believe I am a victim in this situation, because I simply followed what another user told me to write and had no intention of breaking any rules or abusing the platform. I kindly request that you review my case, lift the ban on my account without charging any fee, and restore my access to Umingle. I also ask that you inform me clearly what rule was supposedly violated so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
