Umingle Banned My Account for Gender Searching by Mistake
I am writing regarding a recent ban on my Umingle account, which I believe was issued by mistake. My account was flagged for “Gender Searching,” but I did not intentionally violate the platform’s rules. I use Umingle on my iPad and have always tried to follow the guidelines and behave respectfully toward other users. I was banned about one week ago and have been unable to access my account since then. If any of my actions were mistakenly interpreted as a violation, I sincerely apologize, as it was never my intention to misuse the service or circumvent any rules. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough review of my account activity and the circumstances surrounding this ban, including Ban ID: 9fb8e594. I would like a clear explanation of which specific action triggered the “Gender Searching” flag, because without this information it is difficult for me to understand what went wrong or how to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. My expectation is that, if the ban was issued in error, my account will be reinstated without requiring any payment for an unban, and that the violation mark will be completely removed from my account so it does not affect me later on. I also respectfully ask that you review and improve your detection system to reduce false positives, so that other users do not face the same situation. I simply request fair treatment, transparency about the reason for the ban, and the opportunity to continue using Umingle in line with your community rules.
