Umingle Banned Me Because Someone Told Me To Press M16

Today I was using Umingle on my laptop through the web, and after clicking an “M16” thing that someone told me to press, my access to Umingle was suddenly blocked. A screen appeared saying “You are banned” with a ban ID and reason, and it is now asking me for my credit card details for an “Instant Unban” payment, which I find very worrying and unacceptable. I did not create any Umingle account and I was only accessing the service through the browser, so I do not understand on what basis this ban was applied. I am concerned that this screen may be misleading or unsafe, and that my access has been restricted without a clear and fair explanation. I request that my access to Umingle via the web on my laptop be restored without forcing me to make any payment, and that the “Instant Unban” credit card request be investigated and removed if it is not legitimate. I also ask to be clearly informed why this ban appeared right after clicking on the “M16” item that another user suggested.
