Umingle Banned Me as Underage Even Though I Am 22 Years Old

I have been using Umingle as a guest user, without creating a logged‑in account, and three days ago I was suddenly banned with the message “you are banned, reason underage.” Along with this message, I was shown a ban ID with the code eca45753. I am actually 22 years old, so this ban is clearly based on an incorrect underage assessment, and I can no longer use the app even as a guest. I have not been able to find a clear way to contact Umingle support through the app or website, so I am writing here to explain the situation. I am ready to verify my age with my ID or any other reasonable method you require. I kindly request that my ban with ID eca45753 be reviewed, that my age be verified, and that this incorrect underage ban be removed so I can continue using Umingle without restrictions.
