Umingle Banned For No Reason

I am writing regarding the sudden suspension of my Umingle web account in Canada on Sunday, May 3rd. My account, associated with Umingle ban ID 83ccfbac, was suspended on the grounds of allegedly sending explicit messages, even though I did not send any such content. At the time of the incident, my microphone suddenly stopped working, so I typed in the chat only to let the person I was talking to know that I was going to refresh my Umingle page. Immediately after that, I was banned without any valid reason being presented to me. This situation has left me both surprised and upset, as I believe there has been a clear mistake or a misunderstanding regarding my account activity. Since the suspension date, I have not been able to access or use my account at all. I have already contacted Umingle support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response. The lack of feedback has made it impossible for me to understand what exactly led to this decision or to defend myself properly. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, that any incorrect flagging or detection regarding explicit messages be investigated, and that my account be unbanned as soon as possible. I also ask for your help in resolving this situation and expect a clear explanation of the reason for the suspension and information on any steps I should take to prevent such an issue from happening again.
