I Got Banned on Umingle for Typing "Stand Up"

While using Umingle on my iPad on June 21, I was randomly matched with a stranger and we were chatting normally. During the conversation, the other person claimed that I was an AI and told me that if I was not, I should type “stand up” in the chat. I did this without knowing that writing this phrase would be interpreted as inappropriate texting and lead to a penalty. After this message, my account was restricted and now the app is asking me to pay 9.99 USD for an unban. I did not intend to violate any rules, and I was simply responding to what the other user requested, without any awareness that this would trigger a ban. I kindly request that my ban be removed without any payment requirement, and that my account access be fully restored. I would also appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed, as it appears to be an unfair and unintentional violation caused by another user’s prompt rather than any deliberate misuse on my part.
