Umingle Ban Appeal After False Sexual Content Accusation

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned under Ban ID cc3aeca9 with the stated reason “Sexual Content.” I strongly object to this decision because I did not share, display, or engage in any sexual content while using the app.

The last time I used Umingle, I was sitting in a café together with my friend, and we were only having a normal conversation while using the application. Everything appeared completely normal when I ended my session. However, the next morning, without any prior warning or explanation, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned for alleged sexual content.

This accusation does not reflect what actually happened during my use of the platform, and I believe the ban may have been triggered by a misunderstanding, an incorrect report, or an automated moderation error. I have never intentionally violated Umingle’s community guidelines or attempted to misuse the app in any inappropriate way.

I kindly request that Umingle carefully review my account activity and Ban ID cc3aeca9 in detail and remove the restriction as soon as possible if no actual violation is found. If there is any specific evidence, screenshot, or record that supposedly led to this decision, I also request a clear explanation so I can properly understand what was flagged and defend myself fairly.

Since I have not been able to effectively contact support or upload supporting evidence directly through the platform, I am using this complaint to explain my situation and request a fair re-evaluation and reinstatement of my account.
