Umingle Account Restricted After Accidental Typing Mistake

I am writing regarding my Umingle account registered with the email address ujk.***@gmail.com, which appears to have been restricted around 4–5 May 2026. I believe this happened after an unfortunate typo in a chat, and I would like this situation to be reviewed. While chatting with another user, I intended to ask if they wanted to see my Rick Grimes drawing from The Walking Dead. However, I accidentally typed “dick” instead of “rick” by pressing the wrong key. I am aware that this word is inappropriate and does not comply with the rules, but in this case it was a genuine mistake caused by a misclick, not an intentional violation or harassment. I have not previously contacted Umingle support about this matter. My only request is that my case be reviewed by checking the relevant chat and context, and that my account be reactivated if possible, considering that this was a single, accidental typo and not deliberate misconduct.
