Umingle Account Repeatedly Banned for Reasons I Dispute

I am writing to report an issue with my Umingle account being repeatedly and, in my opinion, unjustly banned. I have been banned around five times so far. Previously, the bans usually lasted about three days and then my account would be unbanned, but recently I am no longer being unbanned and I do not understand why. The reasons shown for my ban mention explicit messages and being under 18, but I have not done these things. I am using Umingle only to connect with people, make friends, and learn about other countries and cultures. It is very upsetting and frustrating to be banned again and again for reasons that do not reflect my actual behavior. I also cannot contact Umingle support in any way, so I am left without any explanation or chance to defend myself. I kindly request that my account be permanently unbanned and that my situation be reviewed carefully. I am simply trying to use the platform in a normal and respectful way, and I would like to continue using Umingle without facing these repeated, unjust bans.
