Umingle Account Reinstatement Appeal
My Umingle account from the Philippines was suddenly banned after I mistakenly selected that I was 16 instead of 18 due to a misclick. I am actually 18 years old, but the system seems to have treated me as underage and restricted my account. After the ban, I encountered a screen stating that my account was banned for being under 18 and asking me to pay 149 Philippine pesos and enter my credit card information in order to have the ban removed. I find it very worrying and inappropriate that I am being asked to make a payment and share card details just to correct an age mistake. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that my age information be corrected to 18. I would like my account to be reactivated as soon as possible and this issue to be reviewed so that similar situations do not happen again.
