Umingle Account Banned Unexpectedly

While using the Halo Umingle service on 15 October, my account was suddenly banned. The ban occurred during a conversation in which my chat partner asked me to type “m15”, a term whose meaning I did not know and did not intend to use for any inappropriate purpose. After the ban, when I tried to access my account, I was directed to an “Instant Unban” page on umingle.com, where I was asked to pay Rp39,900 to remove a ban that is shown as “Under 18”. I do not accept being forced to make a payment in order to restore access, especially when I believe I have not violated the rules intentionally and I do not understand the reason behind this sanction. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, that the unjust ban on my Halo Umingle access be lifted, and that I be allowed to continue using the service without having to make any additional payment.
