Open My Banned Umingle

I am an adult user from Indonesia and my Umingle account on Windows PC was banned yesterday for an alleged age violation. Another user in chat tricked me into typing “m15” and shortly after that my account was suddenly banned as if I were underage. I am over 18 years old and I believe this ban was applied by mistake based only on that message. When I try to access my account, I see a “You are banned” warning together with an “Instant Unban” option that asks me to pay Rp39,900. I find it unfair to be forced to make a payment to recover access to my account, especially since the situation was caused by another user misleading me and not by me actually being underage. I do not remember the exact username or email of the banned account, but I can confirm that the account belongs to me and that I have never made any payments on Umingle before. I am sharing this information so that my case can be checked in good faith. I kindly request a free manual review of my banned account, recognition that I am over 18 years old, and the removal of the ban without requiring any payment. I ask for my access to Umingle to be restored as soon as possible.
