Umingle Account Banned and Asked to Pay Rp39,900 for Unban

I am a new user of Umingle and today I suddenly received a message on my screen stating that I was banned. Right after this, a screen appeared asking me to pay Rp39.900 by entering my credit card details in order to be unbanned. Just before this happened, I was only following what I was asked to do in a match, which was to type “m15”, and I did not violate any rules to my knowledge. Despite this, my account was blocked and I am now being asked for a payment to lift the ban, which I find unfair and worrying. I request that my ban on Umingle be lifted without any payment and that my access be restored to normal. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned and why a payment is being requested to remove the ban.
